Eligible Members desirous of contesting Election for the above first five post may submit their nomination papers in prescribed form available with the Electoral Officer along with the affidavit declaring he/she
(a) Is a citizen of India;
(b) Has not attained the age of 70 years;
(c) has not been declared to be insolvent, or of unsound mind;
(d) Is not a Minister or Government Servant;
(e) Does not Holds any office or post in any sports association apart from cricket;
(f) Has not been charge sheeted by any competent court of law.
(g)Has not completed total period of nine years at any post and completed continuous six years precedent to this election.
The election will be held immediately after AGM with following programme

NOMINATION THROUGH EMAIL/FAX/PHONE CALLS/COURIER/POST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
ALL MEMBERS COMING FOR VOTING ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR PHOTO IDETITY PROOF TO CERTIFY HIS/HER IDENTITY.ALONG WITH LETTER OF REPRESENTATION TO VOTE.
