NOTICE

All Affiliated Full  Members

Madhubani District Cricket Association

The Annual General Meeting of the Madhubani District Cricket Association will be held on 30^th of November 2018 from 11.00 A.M onwards at Rose Public School, Madhubani to transact the following business.

AGENDA

1.       To confirm the proceedings of the previous Annual General Meeting 11-01-2018 and Special General Meeting dated 23-10-2018.

2.       To receive and adopt the Annual Report.

3.       To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Account.

4.       To appoint the Auditor for the next Financial Year.

5.       Any other matter with the consent of the chair.

6.       To Elect the Office-Bearers and the members of the Committee of Management/ ELECTION PROCESS.
