All the players registered with Madhubani District Cricket Association are informed that a group of fictitious persons are conducting League in name & style of Madhubani District Cricket Association in Madhubani is unauthorized and therefore players should not participate in this tournament. Any registered players found playing in the said tournament shall be liable for penal action in accordance with prevailing Rules & Regulations of Madhubani District Cricket Association.
